Products FAQs
Find answers to common questions about basic operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and more.
What are the differences between Crawler and Wheel (Tire) models?
It depends on your ground conditions:
Crawler: Best for soft or muddy ground. The wide contact area provides excellent stability and prevents the machine from sinking.
Wheel: Best for firm, flat ground. These models offer better maneuverability and faster travel speeds on solid surfaces.
One of the blades broke. Can I keep using the mower?
No. Please replace the blade immediately. Even one broken blade causes uneven balance and excessive vibration, which can damage the machine.
Can I use the mower on slopes? What is the maximum angle and the correct way to drive?
Yes, but the maximum angle depends on the model type. Please follow these limits:
- Wheel(Tire) Model: Up to 10°
- Zero Turn Model: Up to 20°
- Crawler Model: Up to 25°
Safe Operation Tips:
- When on a slope, always turn the machine uphill.
- Before starting, check the area for hidden obstacles such as large rocks or tree stumps to prevent accidents.
