Products FAQs

Find answers to common questions about basic operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and more.

What type of engine oil should I use for my Ride-on Mower?

The most recommended viscosity is SAE 30, which is suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures.

Important: The exact oil type and viscosity can vary by machine model and operating conditions. For the most accurate information, always refer to the owner’s manual provided with your specific machine. Using the correct oil is essential for the long-term health of your engine.

What is the most recommended ethanol content in fuel?

You can safely use fresh, unleaded gasoline containing up to 10% ethanol (E10).
Please DO NOT use gasoline with higher ethanol concentrations, such as E15, E20, or E85.
Using fuel with more than 10% ethanol can cause severe damage to the engine and fuel system components, which may not be covered under warranty.

How long will spare parts be available for my Ride-on Mower?

We are committed to ensuring your equipment remains a valuable asset for years to come.
We guarantee the supply of essential spare and replacement parts for a minimum of 9 years after a model has been discontinued.
To order parts, please contact your local authorized dealer. They have access to our full parts catalog and can ensure you get the precise component you need to keep your machine running safely and efficiently.

How should I transport the machine on a truck?

To ensure the safe and secure transport of your machine, please follow these essential steps. Improper transport can lead to personal injury or damage to the equipment.

  1. Close the Fuel Cock: Before loading, ensure the fuel cock is in the "OFF" position. This is a critical step to prevent fuel from leaking out due to vibrations and movement during transit. A fuel leak creates a serious fire hazard and can damage both the machine and
    the transport vehicle.
  2. Securely Fasten the Machine: Use heavy-duty tie-down straps or belts to firmly secure the machine to the truck bed.

Anchor Points: Attach the straps to solid, structural parts of the machine's frame. The main frame and the rear frame are the most reliable anchor points.

  3. Avoid Fragile Components: Do not attach straps to plastic bodywork, control levers, cables, or the engine, as this could cause damage.
  4. Tension: Ensure the straps are tight enough so the machine cannot shift, roll, or tip over when the truck is moving, turning, or
    stopping.
My Ride-on Mower won’t drive and I need to move it. How can I move it manually?

If your machine has become inoperable and you need to move it a short distance (e.g., onto a trailer or into a garage), you can disengage the transmission to allow for manual pushing. This procedure is for 2WD models ONLY. To put the machine into neutral, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Drive Disengagement Lever: You will find this lever at the rear of the machine, on the lower-left side.
  2. Set the Lever to "OFF": Move the lever firmly into the "OFF" position. This will disengage the transmission, putting the wheels in a neutral or "freewheel" state.
  3. Move the Machine: With the drive disengaged, you will now be able to push the machine by hand.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: This operation must only be performed on flat, level ground. Disengaging the drive system on a slope or incline is extremely dangerous, as the machine could roll away uncontrollably, leading to serious injury or property damage. Once you have moved the machine to its desired location, be sure to block the wheels to prevent it from rolling. Remember to re-engage the lever to the "ON" position before attempting to operate the machine again.

Is it safe to operate my Ride-on Mower in the rain?

For your safety and to protect the equipment, we strongly advise against operating the machine in the rain or on wet ground. Working in wet conditions can lead to poor performance and potential damage.

Safety Risks: Wet surfaces are slippery and significantly increase the risk of an accident. The machine could lose traction, leading to a loss of control. Furthermore, water can create an electrical hazard with the machine's electrical systems.

Risk of Equipment Damage: Moisture can enter the engine, fuel system, or electrical components, causing serious damage that may not be covered by the warranty. Rain also accelerates rust and corrosion on metal parts.

Poor Quality of Work: Operating on wet ground often produces poor results. For example, mowers will not cut wet grass cleanly, and working on wet soil can cause ruts and damage to the turf. If it begins to rain while you are working, please stop immediately. Move the machine to a dry, sheltered location like a garage or shed and wipe down any wet surfaces to prevent rust.

Always prioritize your safety and the long-term health of your equipment.

How should I prepare my Ride-on Mower for long-term storage?

Properly preparing your machine for long-term storage (such as during the off-season or rainy season) is essential to prevent damage and ensure it starts easily for the next season.

  1. Empty the Fuel System: Old gasoline can degrade and leave deposits that clog the carburetor and fuel lines. The best way to prevent this is to run the engine until it stops completely from a lack of fuel. This ensures all gasoline has been burned out of the entire system.
  2. Turn the Fuel Cock to "OFF": After the engine has stopped, make sure the fuel cock is set to the "OFF" position. This prevents any remaining fuel vapors or residue from entering the engine.
  3. Choose an appropriate Storage Location: Store the machine in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from any potential sources of sparks or flames (such as a water heater or furnace).
